I have been going to North Shore optical since my doctor told me I could benefit from reading glasses. The staff is hands down one of the friendliest staff I have ever met! My eye doctor tried to pressure me into buying glasses from his connected store but it made me feel uncomfortable and the glasses were sooooo boring! I'd seen North Shore optical on the street before so I thought I give them a try and boy I wasn't disappointed. I had this idea of big 80's style frames something big and comfy they didn't have exactly what I wanted but they took me through a catalog and showed me the perfect pair , they were so knowledgeable and patient! It actually seemed like they cared! Instead of the regular do you like any of these...No? oh well try some where else then. If you want to have a great optical experience hands down I cant recommend them enough they really know their stuff!

The only negative is its sometimes hard to book appointments because theyre so popular. I guess thats what happens when youre good. Loved using the legpress machine attached to bungee cords (sorry Andrea, Im sure I butchered the name of that piece of equipment!)

Great service and professional mechanics. It was pure luck that my car broke close to them, and they were the nearest car service available. The starter didn't work. I had no other option but to walk there. They helped me transport my car to their shop. After running diagnostics, they determined the problem and pointed out other issues. I was shocked that my usual mechanic missed them. It was actually dangerous for me to drive. They got me back on the road in less than 40 minutes. Thanks, guys!

They assisted me immediately, with care and kindness and when they couldn’t fix the problem themselves, referred me to someone who They thought could. I had the pleasure of speaking to Kendal today and she was super helpful unfortunately the item I needed was out of stock but she figured out a new alternative for me for my RV this place is an amazing place to go. I wouldn’t go else where and will be returning for all my RV needs thankful for how kind and helpful they are I spoke to 10 different people and no one else helped me like Kendal and the rest of team! If you want amazing customer service this is the place to go!
