Had a late night call to get my door open to the house. The customer service was beyond expectation. The service was fast and priced was more then fair. This company really went out of there way to provide us with the best experience possible. I will use this company for now on. They stand head and shoulders taller then there competition.

I was very pleased with the helpful and courteous staff at Adams Uptown Storage. Also the site is very clean, dry and secure. I had no qualms about leaving my belongings in their care. Although the restricted hours of access may be off putting to some people, but that added to my sense of security.

My wife and I were looking to generate a better view for the our property in an effort to sell it. Adam consulted with us on the best approach and recommend doing less work... which of course reduced his fees but did make us a happier customer! He and his crew were very professional and respectful... plus they worked really hard and diligently.

Neil and the other's are honest, very caring and compassionate. I have found them to be very helpful when I have any questions or concerns and they are up to date with Transit regulations for scooters & power chairs. Attention to detail like none other, the best service you’ll ever get on your power equipment whether it’s fuel or electric powered. He was on time or a day or two early, every time. Don’s quotes are literally 2/5-1/2 price of his competitors in Greater Victoria. I’ve asked Don many times, did you make an error on my bill?
Blade sharpening to total rebuilds.
I only thought Don repaired lawnmowers, was I ever wrong, he repairs everything that has a motor that you use in and around your yard!

after injuring both shoulders the long recovery was made much less painful because of the phsiotherapy conditioning I recieved prior to and following surgery. Monitoring my progress, providing answers related to my injury,and assisting me with understaning what goals were realistic in relation to my injury and how to achieve them without jepordizing the surgical repair. I always felt that my input was important and that I could ask any questions related to my injury. Great location, parking never a problem and always willing to accomodate my schedule.
