My wife and I contacted your company to move from Duncan to Lake Cowichan. They arrived on time. The crew consisted of John, Travis and Brandon. I just bought a Hyundai Elantra and it was a super awesome experience. The sales staff and everyone else in the building were helpful and welcoming. We had Don of Hudson Bay Charters haul our boat from storage near Chemainus down to the dock in Ladysmith. It was very tight due to another vehicle parked in the way but he skillfully and patiently maneuvered his truck until he was able to get it safely out of there. We really appreciate his ability and friendly manner. We will hire him again anytime!!

Don't know what happened to generate the negative review I saw here - when I went in yesterday to replace my lost/stolen Driver's Licence I needed no appointment, there was no line-up, the service was charming and super-efficient. Can't say enough nice things - thank you!
