I have had nothing but the best attention when I do my banking at Leslie and Lakeshore branch. Anurag was serving me as I had lost my debit card. He inquired why I don't use on line banking. Being a senior I am afraid to do anything new. He proceeded to show me how easy it was and got me started. He was so kind and patient and determined to teach me. He even helped me with an e transfer. This is my 3rd review of this bank. Always willing to help and walk away feeling I have learned something.
