Went to Rogers and waited for a good 15 minutes. The two employees completely ignored me. Went down the hallway to Bell and received great service.

Today I have visited the Bell store in Center mall, Diego was super friendly, helpful, I got a nice discount and took a new phone, I highly recommend this store.

Bell provided the most outstanding service I have ever received from any business retailer. They are always very personable, courteous and supportive. Although they encouraged me to transfer to a less expensive plan with a subsidiary company, they still spent over an hour copying my new phone from the old for me. They patiently walked me through the transition with my new phone, knowing I was not technically skilled. I will return to Bell when this phone contract expires. So grateful to Bell!

Outstanding service over the phone! HAMZA went above & beyond to assist me with information & advise. I’ve never been more satisfied with a Bell Store employee .. he really represented Bell with reliable, honest service. He was very pleasant & patient .. Bell’s BEST!!
