Since starting hypnosis, I’ve noticed that I am more focused in my day to day activities. I am mindful of my eating choices. I’ve cut out coffee, sodas & snacks. I am already down a clothing size after 6 weeks. At a recent conference, instead of my usual anxieties & negative self judgements, I was able to just focus on being interested in others. I got amazing feedback & felt great after. I also relaxed during my golf game & played my best round ever. I plan to build on these great experiences.

I have been coming here for years and the food and service are always excellent.
If I am meeting someone for lunch or dinner this is always my first choice . Portions are the right size and wine (by the glass) is a very nice quality.

This place is easy to miss because its not showy but what a great find. I love the staff and the services. I feel very relaxed and cared for at Body Sense. I rebook my appointments so that I don't have trouble getting in because the girls offer such great services they book up quickly, this is definitely is not the place to walk into and expect to get in that day. I highly recommend paying the store a visit!

Gerry and Lance have been my go-to windows cleaning company for the last few years. When I first reached out to them few years back, my intention was to clean windows that year only. However, I was so impressed with their professionalism and work that I ended up engaging them year after year. Venez déguster un excellent repas chez Saucy. L'atmosphère de cet établissement est décontractée. Ce lieu apprécié est ouvert tard du lundi au samedi et en journée pendant les fins de semaine. L'accès est facile par voiture. Ils sont situés dans un lieu paisible.
