We used Cornerstone for a home inspection on a single residential house in North Vancouver. Charlie was meticulous in his work and provided a thorough report on the state of the interior and exterior of the building. Although it wasnt in perfect condition, we bought the house and are using his guide to make improvements and get things in good working order. We had water come into our basement during the recent heavy rains. Andrew the project manager contacted me back very quickly and had a team to my house within 30 minutes. They were very organized and went to work right away drying out my basement. They were able to dry the walls without cutting them,but had to remove my laminate flooring. They left my place as clean as possible considering the circumstances. Andrew stayed in contact with us and completed the rebuild within the time he promised.

Nick from Fixit repaired our hot water tank in an emergency service on a long weekend for a reasonable price, when all other companies we called were either too busy or had extortionate rates. He is courteous, works hard, and keeps you informed of the process until it is complete.

BEST PIZZA IN MAPLE RIDGE BY FAR. Been living here for over 20 years and this is the best pizza we have had by far. We use to order from Electria Pizza all the time but then they burnt down about 6 months ago and we have been trying all the other pizza places in town since trying to find a decent pizza place here. Went to a friends house a few weeks back and they ordered Big Daddy's Pizza and we were blown away. Ordered it the next week at our house and it was just as good if not better and also

i got 2007 bmw 335 coupe.i had oil change with these guys last week. price was good. compared to my previous shop it was 30$ cheaper and they were using liquimoly 5w40 full synthetic which is great for my car. and after that they did free visual inspection. they told me how much brake pads are remaining and did other fluids top up like bmw dealer. good to know these mechanics are here. will return to here for sure.

I've had a small leak for some time. Various contractors have told me it was from my gutters or the window wasn't sealed properly. Matt from Roy Dennis Roofing came out and within minutes found the source. I was impressed and was told the crew could be out next week to fix it. 2 days later I got a message that Matt himself had come out and already completed the repair and less than quoted. I really appreciate when someone goes above and beyond. I highly recommend these guys for sure. Thank you.
