I have been taking my cats there for years. Dr. Sherry Van Boxtel is the best and she took such wonderful care of my cats and treated them like her own. She is amazing. The rest of the staff are fantastic too. If you need a vet this is the place to go.

Dr. Ashim Goswami came to the rescue when I had a dental emergency on the long weekend. He took the time out of his day off to help with my dental emergency. He took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the upcoming plan and that all my questions and concerns were answered. He helped to ensure I wouldn’t lose my knocked loose teeth and I appreciate this so much! Thank you for your always amazing customer service:)

I have enjoyed the comfort and friendly atmosphere here! The staff are always willing to help in all areas and I find are very knowledgeable in what they are doing. The front desk girls are smiling and very pleasant with either a booking or helping you with your glasses decisions. I just did a beginner puppy class at the spruce grove location. The trainer was great. We got so much one on one time with her. She new where my dog struggled and slowed down to make sure my dog was getting it. For 130$ and 6 classes I couldn’t be more impressed! They love what they do and it shows!

Someone here had sold me the wrong size printer cartridge, when I went back to return it without the receipt they gave me store credit. Being stubborn i wanted my money back so I went to my house to find the original receipt. Although I had bought the product more than 1 month ago the staff there made accommodations for me so that I could get back what I felt I deserved. All in all, I wasn't the easier customer of the day but not once did they make me feel like my issues weren't valid. Thanks!!

Every single person in this office is amazing! I have never been happy leaving the dentist before and for the first time in my life I did. Dr. Fawzi is very patient and takes the time to explain everything so that it is easier for us non dental people to understand. The two girls at the front desk are some of the nicest people I have ever met. I’m so glad I found this hidden gem!!

amazing work! I love the offers with the dipping, I got to have a blue tint! I also love the staff, absolutely focuses on their work and continues to have a great relationship with the customers!
