No Frills is my Go To store for everything. The staff are wonderful and very friendly ; however last week I was very disappointed. I realize the customer is 2 pack their own groceries and I did. I had approximately 12 - 15 items. I feel the young gentleman in this situation could have made an exception and assisted me. I had purchased a black square grocery bag so I wouldn’t need to use 2 plastic bags easier to carry. I have a broken arm and the young gentleman left and went to another. ?

It isn't easy, finding someone you can do the hard stuff and trust that they Show You The Way. I've been in and out of therapy since my teens. Some I fired. Some I gave blind faith. Some were probably good but I know too much and gave them a good fight. Some the timing was off or their goals didn't work with mine. I've been blessed with two who GOT me, got it. I finally reached Leon's about an issue I had with getting through to their store and from the reviews I have read I am not the only one. I explained to an amazing young lady what was happening and she assured me she would let the manager know. She then proceeded to help me with the reason I wanted to call in the first place to my absolute satisfaction. She was extremely kind, courteous and very professional. Her name is Gurleen. Leon's is lucky to have her on staff.
