Brent gave me nothing but honesty from the start, even recommending NOT having him insulate a part of my home because it would be a waste of money. Got my business because a competitor did not return a scheduled call to perform an estimate. Not an issue here. Brent was always in direct contact with me. Guys doing work were polite and knowledgeable. Mess was cleaned prior to leaving and very reasonsble prices. Now my upstairs is soooo much cooler. Thank you for a tradesman who is honest, timely and fair. He did not feed off of my ignorance towards the products or process. I will be a loyal customer. This place was fantastic. We booked a last minute room on a long weekend and they were very accommodating. Had a room with two double beds. Beds (and pillows especially!) were super comfy. The rooms all exit to the outside, and the area is nice and quiet. They have nice televisions with 60 odd channels, they give towels and soaps in the bathroom, and have a mini fridge, coffee maker and cups for your use. In the mornings in the main building they have a small but very satisfying breakfast with cereals, croissants, muffins, fruit, yogurt, coffee, tea, etc. If the weather is appropriate they even have an outdoor pool for guests to use. Everything in the room was clean and tidy, and it's not that far from downtown Kingston (just a quick drive into town). We got such a good value for the money you pay, we were very impressed. When we come back to Kingston we will always be staying here.

Had a great night out at Tango Nuevo with the girls. We ordered two dishes each and shared everything. All delicious! Our favourites were the grilled Greek Octopus and the Lamb Tacos. My vegetarian friend loved the Mushroom Polenta. Service was on point and very helpful with suggestions! Great wine selection. Ambiance seems perfect for a date night, too. A definite must-try if you've never been!

The Vacuum Depot in Smiths Falls is by far the best experience I’ve had. The service is extremely professional as well as friendly. You immediately feel welcome when you open the door. Each time I’ve gone, I leave very satisfied and impressed. I’ve never had a problem they couldn’t fix. In short this business is the bomb !!
