I started the weight loss program on April 17th 2015. Since then, I have lost 37 LBS (pounds) and am well on my way to achieving my target. It costs a bit but there's no exercise while you loose weight. It's all about maintaining your food intake and following the plan until you get to your desired goal. By that time you are really healthy and wouldn't want to eat junk food as much since the taste is different. Your body will slowly adjust to the good nutritious food.

I've been to a couple different therapists at Everest Therapeutics and they are fantastic. Depending on the type of massage you need you can find what you need at Everest from deep tissue massage to cranial sacral. From sports massage to lymphatic drainage. Recently, I had a massage with Reshad Etminan, who has worked with the BC Lion's and Whitecaps. He is excellent at deep tissue/sports massage. after injuring both shoulders the long recovery was made much less painful because of the phsiotherapy conditioning I recieved prior to and following surgery. Monitoring my progress, providing answers related to my injury,and assisting me with understaning what goals were realistic in relation to my injury and how to achieve them without jepordizing the surgical repair. I always felt that my input was important and that I could ask any questions related to my injury. Great location, parking never a problem and always willing to accomodate my schedule.

1. We saw tons of whales! Humpbacks and Orcas. One came right up to the boat to! Also saw lots of really huge sealions.
2. The boat ride itself was super fun. I was with my sister and her 2 kids (8 and 13) and we were on the Gold Wing Scarab boat which covered lots of ground super quick. Safe for the kids but like a roller coaster up and down going over some huge swell! SO MUCH FUN! ... and nobody barfed. haha
3. The scenery cannot be beat with the mountain view and ocean breeze.
