We had the pleasure of dealing with Bob Ledrew and Sons in packing up our belongs after a flood and than returning them back to us this week. I have to say the Professionalism and friendliness of this TEAM was amazing…and Fast. Everything was returned as it had left, with no damage and we’ll wrapped. It’s Amazing to see this service still exists in todays crazy world. Thank you guys from the. Bottom of our hearts for getting us back to normal before Christmas. Merry Christmas to ALL❤️

I am a senior and didn't know very much about heatpump systems. I called around and emailed a few of these hvac companies for information. Some of them didn't call me back and the ones who did didn't answer my questions. Wade Hickey and his employees came by my house many times to discuss installing the heatpump and answered all my questions. This company was very professional and patient with me. I am very satisfied with the heatpump and service. I highly recommend hot frost for heatpumps.
