I had a problem with a waterline that Shawn came to quote on. Due to other commitments he was unable to take the job. After the quote Shawn returned later that day to mark out some underground service and he also want to look at the issue in more depth. Turned out Shand helped me find the issue and it did not require a big excavation as originally thought. Shawn's diligence and help saved me $$$. Shawn went above and beyond my expectations. The most genuine, hospitable, and helpful staff I've ever seen. Rooms are renovated, huge parking lot, and a nice big and clean bbq for guests to use any time . Great pet friendly rooms and a nice field to walk them in. I will definitely recommend this place !

We have had Total Carpet come over the years to clean our carpets at the church building and they do a fantastic job. There are stains that have been in the carpet that we have tried to get out and can't and then somehow they are able to do it!!! They are fast, efficient and very professional. We would have them come again for sure!
