Both the Customer Care Rep, Melissa, and the Audiologist, Lindsey, were welcoming and friendly. I could not get my ears tested on my first visit because of impacted wax. They advised me on what to do before getting my ears flushed at a local clinic, and patiently rebooked my appointment. Eventually, I was able to get the tests done and earned 150 AirMiles, too. Each time I was there, I was treated like a valued client. I would definitely recommend NexGen Hearing!

Very friendly and professional team. It was a bit of a wait to get both an ultra sound and x-ray done, but that was not their fault. My doctor made my appointments with them, and I am very happy she did!

I came to Micron after a few bad experiences at other clinics and was instantly struck by their authentic, informal and friendly approach. I suffer from trichotillomania. Rafay was extremely empathetic and helped allay my many fears. They were reassuring and really experienced. I felt like the guys truly cared about me, and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and gave me the best experience. For any other TTM sufferers out there considering it, give them a shot.

Booked an appointment with Chane during Covid times but the salon was very clean, well prepared and I felt totally safe. Chane did an amazing job on my cut and style and I highly recommend her to everyone. She is friendly, professional, and always gives me exactly what I ask her for. Looking forward to my next visit with her.

The staff was knowledgable and courteous, they took a look at the issues, quoted the work they needed to be done and they did a great job fixing the issues quickly. I then decided to have my website re-designed and Pixel Global did a great job of working with me to find a vision and make recommendations on the most user friendly design to increase customer engagement. Dr. Maru is excellent! My first visit he automatically took the time to go over my x-rays and dental history with me. I came back to have some scarring left over from my wisdom teeth removed, I was in and out in 15 minutes, AND he called the next day to check up on me - not a receptionist, him. The level of care provided at Surrey Place Dental Group at Central City Shopping Mall is excellent! I am a very happy patient. I highly recommend for everyone here, especially Dr. Maru.
