I’m in awe of how wonderful the staff are here. I needed help and direction on how to fix a crank arm on my bike but wasn’t sure on how to go about doing it and what to look for. I had two visits at Impala Bicycles for this ‘fixing one’s bike’ journey. Each encounter was a wonderful experience and am grateful for meeting these staff members. I have been going to valentino's for about the last 7 years.
The colourists and stylists are fantastic and always up to date on the latest hair trends and products. Even though the salon has grown a lot over the last few years it's been for the better.
The online appointment tool is handy to book well in advance, however sometimes I find it's easier just to call to get a particular stylist on short notice.
