What can I say, every member of the team was so helpful and patient.Calls were returned so promptly that it took my by surprise. My husband recently passed away and I needed to switch from electric heating to gas in my new home.To complicate things, gas had to be brought in from the main line to the house. All this during Covid. And I know not much about arranging all this stuff. Dawn, and Mary at Warkentin were so patient with my many calls without making me feel my questions were too basic.

Totally honest , reliable and. Very clean, up to code work. Even for a bit more in price I totally agree with it not done half fast at all and guarentees his work hands down. not like some it takes a week to get back to you after work is done ..

Prompt, polite and efficient. Had to have a pool heater connected. This job was completed neatly and quickly. Peter also made sure that our water heater pilot light was on since the gas supply was turned off the day before, to accommodate the removal of the old pool heater. He gave a price estimate prior to coming out, providing there were no surprises or obstacles. The price was fair and ended up being the final amount. Furthermore, he arrived when he said he would. I highly recommend them.

After our old furnace broke down we called Comfort-Tek and they were out right away. It wasn't worth the money to fix it so Dave sold us a new furnace at a reasonable price with 10 years parts and labour warranty! Also they were able to install the new furnace the following day and the installers were very clean, neat and professional! We also qualified to receive a rebate through the OPA REBATE PROGRAM! We highly recommend Comfort-Tek to our friends, family and neighbours!
