In the summer of '20 I bought a lightly used 2019 A3 2.0T Quattro. The test drives, purchase, buying a snow tire pkg and buying/getting other parts, and scheduling three service visits over the following 46,000km have easy and without incident. The service advisor had one of the service technicians, who races, come out to talk with me and my son prior to a visit to Shannonville Motorsport Park.

5/5 across the board! Not surprised to see Matt getting so many positive shoutouts in the reviews. The guy was extremely informative and by no means pushed the sale at all what so ever. Was extremely quick with every response and got me everything I need to avoid ever paying a gym membership again! Would strongly recommend these guys if the staff are all half as good as Matt was to us!

I called the dealership to arrange for my son’s car which had been sitting for over 18 months to get road worthy. I spoke with Angela and April and both ladies were exceptional in their service and their knowledge. The technician went above and beyond and the invoice was bang on what I was told. I went in to get a quote to have brakes installed on all wheels!. Their quote was lower than 2 other quotes from their competitors. They told me they could do the repairs the same day in 2 hours. I was in at 8am and out by 10 am!! Great service!! Friendly personal service from John, Blair and the mechanic who did the work on the brakes. I would highly recommend this Midas shop to anyone needing service on their vehicle. ?

Definitely Happy with the service I received today at Mr. Lube Aurora (1540 Wellington Street East, Aurora, Ontario). I was greeted professionally and promptly and handed a coffee and newspaper while I waited. The wait was under 20 minutes and was excellent overall. No up selling, just polite and efficient service. This Mr. Lube is one of the best managed Mr. Lubes I have been to. Thank you Mr. Lube Aurora!!! Definitely recommend this place !!!
