I recently moved into a home that needed some updating. I chose Arden Tile to update the backsplashes in my kitchen and bathrooms. The staff were vey helpful in helping me make choices that coordinated with cabinets and flooring that I didn't want to change. The installers were knowledgeable and did a great job. They were also able to make changes to the fireplace that I previously had been told couldn't be done and am very happy with that. I could not ask for better customer service. Thank you!

Vic was an absolute miracle worker and literally made my family’s dreams come true. We were seeking multi-generational housing with non-standard incomes on property that didn’t qualify for most mortgage providers. To complicate matters, we needed to purchase the new property prior to selling the old. Vic was creative with his solutions and such responsive communicator. I was looking for a specific tree I couldn't find anywhere in the okanagan. BMN offered to look for the tree when picking up an order in the lower mainland. Upon their return from their trip, they called me with the good news and agreed to hold the tree for me for a week without payment until I could make it in to pick it up. Great people.

I cant express enough good words and actions to everyone here! They have been my go to place since puberty! And why i say that is i was born as a hermaphodite! I dont hide the fact that i have both female and male parts below the waist! And as a young adult having natural grown 36 dd's i make sure i can show them off! I have only ever had a few issues and one was when i was young! And the other was just a few teen ladies and there guys!thankyou from the bottom of my heart! ??
