I was very impressed with the staff, as they take their time looking after your wants and needs. There was no rush to finish up and pay. The staff's knowledge about different subjects is fantastic, and they seem to know if you would like to chat, or just stay quiet and relax. Loved the ambience. Nice and relaxing.

Paul knows his stuff, he ordered the part for my washer, came to do the repair and went straight to work. The repair was done in no time at all. EXCELLENT service, and reasonable prices. Peter was very helpful when our furnace stopped working. No heat at 2am on a very cold(-20) night. He gave me instructions over the phone and heat was restored, however the heat exchanger has failed so we need a new one installed. Lots of air movement but heat was meager. Will get us through the time until heat exchanger can be replaced. THANK YOU PETER.

Had our bay window broken close to closing time , this company went above and beyond for us they were out to our house within half an hour of our call knowing that it is going to get cold out and it's going to take a few days for the window to be made they came to our house put a board up to make sure our window was secure until the new one could be installed . Very happy with this company we would recommend them
