The teams at ReBalance MD have all been extremely helpful, supportive, and professional throughout 2013-2018, and 4 surgeries on my right knee. We had our young child in for jaw x rays and she was very nervous and upset and the tech was being very patient, but out of nowhere Dr Melo appeared (we did not have an appointment with him) and was so lovely with our kiddo, engaging her in conversation and set up the machine with a fake skull to show her how it worked. He was able to assuage her fears and the tech was able to get some good images. I was really struck at how patient and thoughtful he was. Will definitely go back if needed.

Today I came to your well-run facility and from the girl at the entrance gate, to staff working the grounds-everyone was so courteous and helpful. It is great to see recycling handed so perfectly! I recently needed help with my well systems. Chad and his staff were very professional and extremely supportative. They arrived on time and did everything I needed in a timely manner. Went in today and yesterday to see my doc that I see on a usual basis....The new reception girl is great. Polite, funny, and calming to those coming in. I believe her name was Joti or Jodi, thank you!!!

I have Cancer, therefore I have occasion to be at this facility for appointments. It is a very pleasant place. The volunteers are very helpful. Good parking, etc.

Mr Butterfield got me a fair agreement in my separation, which meant less tension later on between my child's father and me. Michael really know his stuff and his forthrightness is refreshing. He may seem a bit gruff but I found him incredibly supportive. I highly recommend him.
