Wow, amazing service today. Front brakes on my Subaru started acting up ,on the last business day of the year. Todd tracked down some parts (he even shopped around for better quality at a fair price) and got me back on the road . Shop was immaculate a very professional setting. Thanks to everyone there.

had to bring a Dodge Stealth in for a flex pipe repair recently. I was quoted 200-250 which I thought was reasonable, and when the job was done I was pleasantly surprised to discover the bill was less than 200! Lost a part to my snowblower carb. Other locations recommended a full carb kit…. Brothers two went to the back and found me the specific part from another machine at a fraction of the cost. Customer service at its finest.

My 92 year old father was given great service from the Edmonton store for a faulty model he purchased at a different store. They did not hesitate to help him even though he bought the model at another Great Hobbies. Excellent service!
