the lifestyle change and freedom my mom enjoys at Bear Creek Villa has put years on her life. I still visit her once a week but she has so many friends and is involved in all the activities that I barely get her to myself. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a better quality of life for their aging parents.

This move was our second time using Beacon Movers. I was super pleased with the service yet again. The movers were friendly, professional, efficient, and clearly knew how to move some antique furniture. It also wasn't terribly expensive, so I would definitely use this moving company again, though hopefully I don't have to move again anytime soon. Thanks so much for everything!

When the pain in my knee, legs and hip became intolerable on a weekend away with family I knew it was time to seek alternative medical treatment. My daughter had suggested Dr.Lee whom she found very good.
On my first visit, Dr.Lee asked me the history of my knee problem. We reviewed my medical history and also the MRI report which I had done on both my knees. With this information he was able to pin-point the exact area where to apply the Laser Therapy.
The end result was terrific. Each week the sharp pain in my knee was diminishing. It became bearable to walk again.
Dr.Lee and his treatments were amazing . I would urge other people in pain to try laser treatments. It works!

Working with Randall Friedman over the past months has changed my life. Through deep tissue massage pain and tension has been released in my back, shoulders and neck. I now move easily and am able to exercise and enjoy life to the fullest. With added EFT treatments I no longer have negative food cravings and have lost over 40 pounds of weight, and let go of many limiting beliefs that were indeed holding me back from the life I was meant to live. Title says it all. It's a new furniture store in the armoury district. Much less pricey than some of it's neighbours, but beautiful quality. Service was great, very knowledgeable and happy to build furniture to fit my awkward condo.

We are flooring contractors who needed garbage to be picked up from multiple work sites - a variety of debris and rubbish from renovation jobs such as heavy tiles and mortar, old hardwood flooring, and a lot of drywall. He didn't hesitate to come promptly to give us a fair price and saved us a lot of time in our busy season. This man had a positive attitude despite the fact our garbage had been sitting out in rainy conditions. Excellent service operated by an honest man - would use him again!

The facilitators are experienced, excellent and care about their student's success. There is a great deal of diversity in the classroom so you meet coaches from all over the world! I would recommend their programs to anyone who wants to develop and has the goal to help others.

We took both of our daughters (3.5 and 1) to get their eyes checked with Dr. Clement Chan, and he did very well to make the eye exam quick and fun for them. My elder daughter had told him about her favourite Disney princess, and Clement prepared a special video of that princess for her to watch during one part of her eye exam. We appreciated Clement's thoroughness and friendliness, and will definitely be back.
As a bonus, his office is newly renovated and right besides Menchie's.
