Over twenty years ago I purchased a NAD receiver from this store and when I moved recently I was unable to connect my turntable properly. NO PROBLEM. Bryan kindly assisted me with this over the telephone and was willing to look at the connections in-store at no cost if necessary. Now I have great sounding music again.

Amy is an accepyional lawyer. She went above and beyond for me & my case. During the hard times of covid and being a college student, she was able to accommodate to EVERY need. I was always updated and explained very clearly what was being done and my options. Very professional and thankful for such a stress free experience. I got a part that was off a 92 vehicle. Not easy to find but they had it on the counter for me and could take an etransfer so I didnt have to mess around. They also found me another part that even the vehicle dealer couldn't find for me and they told me which store in town had one in stock. They didn't make a dime off that sale but they found me the part anyhow.When is the last time that happened to you?

Like previous visits, the visit today, Saturday, May 22, 2021 confirmed that the facility is neat and organized to follow all the necessary COVID-19 public health protocols - with lots of hand sanitizer stations in the facility, social distancing marks on the floor and reflecting in the arrangement of seats, etc. The staff are working very hard and professionally to keep wait times within 20-30 minutes - even for walk-in appointments. The staff are very courteous and commendable.

Dr. Geek went above and beyond to fix my MacBook that was completely Corrupt. He even made multiple trips to pick up a secondary computer to try to fix my problem. After ready online, it said everything needed to be erased and would likely be lost on my computer (from all other people in similar situations)however Dr. Geek recovered everything. I am extremely grateful for his expertise. He was professional and completed in a timely manner and kept me in the loop via text messages the entire time

I have enjoyed the comfort and friendly atmosphere here! The staff are always willing to help in all areas and I find are very knowledgeable in what they are doing. The front desk girls are smiling and very pleasant with either a booking or helping you with your glasses decisions. I have gone to the Oliver Square/Brewery District location. So far I've had 5 appointments, ngl I hurt like crazy the first few sessions but I'm starting to feel the benefits now. Both Dr. Cherubini and Dr. Velenosi are so kind and gentle. All the staff are very friendly and accommodating. They go above and beyond for their patients. Thank you for helping me get my life back. I highly recommend this type of treatment. Its less invasive and very gentle.
