Boyd really helped me out when my landlord backed into my sports car. A simple fender repair and paint match was $1750, but 100% covered by ICBC. Boyd made my car look brand new like nothing even happened, and then on top of that even took an old car badge off that I wanted off and did some small detail work. My Travel Scoot scooter is now almost 7 years old, and has been in 11 countries, 6 airlines, 2 cruise ships. It has been wonderful to have such reliable transportation, and gives me so much freedom to 'walk' almost everywhere. Having had polio at a young age, my Travel Scooter is a great way to be mobile.

Our family of 3 rented one of your suites for a short vacation from our hectic lives on the mainland. We have been to Victoria before but have always stayed in hotels, this was our first time with Victoria Prime. I don't think I can remember a time I have ever felt so taken care of by a hospitality company. I wish I could recall the name of our host, she was so great, she even provided us with suggestions as to things our teen daughter would enjoy while being forced to "hang" with "the parents.

Neil and the other's are honest, very caring and compassionate. I have found them to be very helpful when I have any questions or concerns and they are up to date with Transit regulations for scooters & power chairs. I have bought 2 machines from them in the last several years and will buy from them in future.
