John Paradise made our experience exceptional. He really cares about the customer and the customers needs. When I bought a new vehicle he noticed Real Insurance had not transferred over my current coverage and instead charged me for another coverage I did not need. I recently used Buy Sell & Trade to get rid of a bunch of stuff around my house. I registered on their site and had some trouble so sent an email to their web master. He phoned me in the evening (ok, I was shocked!) and walked me through getting registered. I posted my stuff and within 20 minutes had received my first call. Best of all, all the ads online are also printed in their paper. To me that kinda covers all the off line people. I'm pleased with how easy the process is to use their site and that all the ads are checked for scams.
