The sales rep that I worked with (Anthony) was knowledgeable, actively listened, provided options and solutions that met my needs, had a calm and pleasant demeanour, let the customer set the pace, was consistently professional, courteous, and empathetic.

I had a very good experience with Obsession Automobile and the owner Stéphane. I test drove a BMW and then arranged to have it inspected by a specialty garage. Obsession staff were very helpful throughout and did not use pressure or intimidate in any way. I did not make the purchase but my experience was very positive and will not hesitate to return to this business in the future.
