Richard and his team did an outstanding job replacing failing brick and mortar on our century home. Richard is professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to find the best selection of bricks to make our home look authentic to the period and existing colour palette. Richard and his crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and were responsive to any concerns and questions we had. They also carefully cleaned up upon completion. I was glad to hear Foot Works has varied hours with some late days to accomodate my work schedule. I love that Foot Works is directly across from the Bauer Lofts near Uptown Waterloo . I loved the friendliness of the staff, the relaxing foot baths while being served coffee, and the quality of treatments. I was relaxed, attended to and my feet feel better already.
