I’m no dummy and I don’t like being treated like one. After calling another company to check out the garage door openers they carried and getting treated like an idiot, I ended the conversation and called Barmac. That was the smartest thing I could have done. It was great to talk with someone who knows how to interact with customers and not talk down to them. I called to get the cable repaired on my garage door. They were not the first company I called. No one would even look at it fir 3 or 4 days. DMAC came and had it repaired within hours. VERY happy with the service and competitive pricing. Love that it is family run! Will definitely call next time my garage door needs repair and will recommend to friends.
