My friend took me here for dinner on Thursday. We weren't too hungry so we had some appetizers instead... I had the tuna (excellent with the zesty sauce) and my friend had the poke. The girls who work at this place are quite visually appealing and I was amused that my friend was able to keep his eyes on me. It can be a little distracting when you're trying to eat ;-) The place was packed, which I guess is a testament to it's quality and presentation.

I have a BMW 328i If you have ever owned a BMW you know there is no one more unhappy than a BMW owner the day after the warrantee is up. I have been going to R.G. Diagnostics for about 12 years. I trust Ryan completely. The last job he did would have cost me $4300.00 just for the part, He fixed the part and the problem for about $450 labour included. I highly recommend R.G. We had the crab cakes and a salad to start and we both so enjoyed the sabelfish entree. It was one of the best sablelfish fish I have ever had, it was so moist and served overall in a healthy manner. We shared their chocolate molten cake dessert which was gooey good. Just as we were about to leave we noticed live music at 9pm so we stayed a little more longer to enjoy with some hot drinks. The service was very attentive. We were here on a weeknight so it was not that busy.

Most people know what Starbucks does. For those of you that don't they are a great place to go for coffee-based beverages, smoothies, pastries and sandwiches. One of the things Starbucks does well is consistency, most times your favourite beverage is made well and the way you expect it. Let's face facts. Most Starbucks stores are more are less the same but that doesn't mean that they don't have differences. Here's what makes this store different. They are one of few drive thrus in the city and they are a convenient stop on the way into the city. They are not as convenient on the way out of the city but it can be done if you don't mind a circuitous route. The only problem with this store is that I have sometimes had some poor quality with my beverage. This is difficult when you have already continued on your way so i always make sure I take a sip before I pull away.
