Very friendly and helpful. We were looking everywhere for uphilstry supplies for one if my projects. My fiancé called them and they sold us the parts we needed at a very good price and offered to answer any of my questions about the project. We blew a tire in Kamloops, our lock lug nut key was stripped and we couldn���t get anyone to come help us replace our spare. Phil went above and beyond to help us out. When he didn���t have the part needed to take the locked lug nut off he knew someone who did. He made sure our spare tire was full of air and called around at the end of the day to make sure we could get our tire replaced before continuing on our vacation. He made a crappy situation better. We are so grateful for all his help!
