Tav has been great to work with. He was very easy going, and listened to exactly what we wanted. He has taken every step with us and walked us through it all. He is friendly and ensures that we are always on the same page. We will defiantly recommend him to our family and friends. I bought a bike at the Oakville location in the fall and recently had some issues with the bottom bracket (6mo later). They fixed it under warranty with no issues whatsoever. My experience with their customer service was great. Thanks James!
