I had major work done at my cabin adding new gas lines, plumbing lines, venting, furnace/ducts throughout in which Roy's people tackled with efficiency and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I can agree they were very well mannered and on time and right with what he said was wrong with my furnace but I think the pricing is a bit steep for what we were charged to have the furnace repaired
