Fan in outside AC unit was not running - I thought the motor was dead. Hamid came, diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes, just needed a new capacitor. Also tested the refrigerant level, was down and needed topping up. All was done in a timely, professional matter and fully explained. He is a true technician, able to diagnose and repair and was able to do what another group failed to do.

Dropped my Samsung S4 and completely cracked my screen. This was the second time I had to repair it, and I wasn't exactly looking forward to it. However, the difference this time was that I went to Bc Gadgets. They helped me right away instead of making me wait around forever, and my phone looked good as new. Our igniter element on the gas furnace burned out. The technician (Lokman) arrived on schedule and was a very experienced serviceman. He replaced the element quickly and tested the operations of the furnace, all the while explaining its function and safety features. Being an engineer, I was interested in his explanations.
Lokman is no doubt a very valuable asset to your company - I highly recommend that you keep him happy..!
