I got the lucky hand of getting Esper as my sales person, he was understanding of what i wanted. Esper Didn’t try to up sell me on different new cars and didn’t pressure me into signing onto a car. First thing he did was give me his pen and let me know this was my decision to sign. Amina helped me with understanding all the paperwork and made sure that there was no questions left unanswered. Overall was the best car buying experience i’ve had.

I just wanted to give shout out to the staff at Central Auto and Truck parts. My left hand rear window got smashed this morning. They took my car in right away and I had it back in a few hours. All broken glass was cleaned up and looking perfect. Very reasonably priced too!!

Herbers on Parson road is one of the best companies to deal with. The customer service is rated on the high end of excellence. I was impressed with each of the service representatives I dealt with as they were respectful of my time and kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle. July 21, 2020 Had some tires done at another shop. Was told to have tire rim bolts retightened in about 80 kilometers. I did not make 30 kilometers and began hearing a sound on the front tires. Went to Midas on Stony Plain Road and had them look at the problem. All the nuts on front right rim were loose. Tire rims on all rims were retorqued and problem was gone. No charge, cannot thank you enough. Integrity today is everything, I consider this location to be at a high standard. Thank you again

I was stuck on Saturday with a Flat - I called around and Fountain Tire (in the downtown area) was the only one who answered the phone. The work took a couple of hours but they put my spare away, fixed my car and even washed it. Thank you so much!

Bought oil, filters, apparel and helmet parts. All the staff I encountered were more than happy to help.

Wow ,this shop is a 10 star facility ! I took my truck there after phoneing all the other amature spring shops in Edmonton .From the lady handling the calls at the front desk ,to the guys in the back that make it all happen, and to Johnny himself ! My truck a 2001 ram diesel had a set of rear leafs installed in record time ,even with a Bigfoot truck camper in the box.Im a autobody mechanic 35 years and I know that the job is only as good as the guy working on it .This shop Rocks!
