10/10 for Skyline Microsystems. I came in with a non-operative Starlink Gen3 at 3:30 in the afternoon unannounced with no appointment. I did not purchase the unit from then, nor have it installed by them. I love my hearing aids because I now hear sounds I didn't hear before, birds singing, the telephone ringing, talking with people and hearing exactly what they are saying, instead of pretending to hear.
Dr. Devendra was extremely informative and patient with my questions, as were the receptionists, courteous and friendly. One more nice thing is the quiet and clean atmosphere in the clinic. As of now, I am extremely satisfied with my experience here. Keep up the good work! Kathy
