After FineLines re-shingled our roof in May, we agreed to follow-up with attic insulation top-up, as recommended. After my appointment, where Beth was very professional and kind, she proceeded to take my situation even further by contacting the ENT in Halifax (not part of her job.) had me an appointment in Halifax the next business day and because of her actions, part of my hearing was restored.
