I am so pleased with North Nanaimo Early Learning Centre. My daughter loves it there so much she doesn't want to be picked up! She has not only learned her alphabet this year, she has learned the letter sounds and is now reading before entering Kindergarten. She has also learned to count & can make it to 100. The program is more than I expected in a day care - it really is an "early learning centre".

Granville Island Toy Company is a great neighbourhood toy store on the Main Street drag. They carry a great selection of Playmobil, Meccano, Wow, and other great brands. The window displays are always excellent and entice passers-by to enter and browse a while. We especially like the full sized Playmobil figures adorning the front of the store. They also carry lots of fun little toys, science toys and even a pinball machine! Next time you're looking for great toys check out the Granville Island Toy Company!

Dr houchmand is the best around, he is very professional and caring, he goes above and beyond to help and take care of your dental concerns, I have been going to him since 2002, and I drive from cloverdale just to see him, I must pass a 100 dental offices, but it is him who I trust and fully recommend in the highest regard

I have no any negative comments here to everyone at the southside Nissan dealership. Everyone is so nice and friendly to their customers. Car service is more professional way and great service. I always service my car at the southside nisssan since I bought my first rogue from them. Hate the wait but love the food. If you come at 10pm on a Saturday still a 10 minutes wait. I have been here a couple of times before and always excellent. The meatballs in tomato sauce just amazing. We had the zucchini and rabbit pasta dishes and both so good. Cooked just al dente, good amount of flavour and just enough coating of sauce. Very good selection of by glass or bottle wines.
