My favourite florist! I was out of town last week & unable to attend a very emotional & important event. I needed to do something special. Described the situation to Shannon at Flowers by Design, she put my mind at ease & promised to take care of everything. She actually went to another store, purchased the perfect accompanying gift, wrapped it & delivered it along with a beautiful arrangement. Customer service beyond expectations. She is amazing.

Received Mothers Day bouquet from Songbird Florals. Not only was it beautifully done but it is now 9 days later and the flowers are still as fresh and lovely as day 1. I am so impressed. Even the roses are still perfect. This was the florist choice arrangement.

Purchased 2 sets of flowers for my parents 60th Wedding Anniversary.
The flowers were ready when promised. They were willing to modify one design to meet my particular wishes, then came through with an even more beautiful version that looked stunning. We all had to take photos of it, because we dont ever want to forget it.
The staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly.
I found their prices to be reasonable and in-line with anywhere else. What more could anyone want?
