Working with Randall Friedman over the past months has changed my life. Through deep tissue massage pain and tension has been released in my back, shoulders and neck. Whether receiving reflexology or massage treatments or a combination of both, I appreciate Anne's holistic approach to health and her ability to intuitively know what treatment I need. The addition of reflexology to her service has been benificial for me as I feel that my whole body has been balanced and I am reminded of what I need to do to help myself maintain that balance. Massage used to be a painful experience for me and now it is relaxing and nourishing.

I had a new crown affixed to tooth 37, a molar at the bottom left of my mouth in September/October 2020. Dr. John Keyes of Vancouver Island Prosthodontics performed this procedure. I found him to be a highly trained, careful, gentle and most excellent prosthodontist. He was very patient, explained every step of the procedure as he went thought the process and most patient with all my questions. Without reservation I highly recommend this prosthodontist! He is the best in the business.
