I preplanned my Mother's funeral and they were very helpful and showed many options. There was no pressure to pick the most expensive of anything. You are encouraged to choose what is suitable for you and your loved one.
The day of the funeral had a minor hitch due to the previous day being a holiday resulting in a slight delay in the arrival of the cards and sign in book. They were upfront about the delay and never tried to make an excuse, rather an apology was provided. .

Our recent experience with Pilon funeral services was exceptional. The professionalism and attention to detail offered by the Pilon family was comparable to none. We were warmly welcomed and made to feel at ease upon entering the exquisite facility. We valued the ability to add personal touches to the pictures presentation, salon and service. We appreciated the personal and reassuring words from Andre as our family member’s casket was closed. It was a privilege that I’ve never experienced.
