The Kipling location has served my family twice. There was a different person attending to all our needs and questions. Both provided information as to options and costs. At no time did we feel any pressure to request services beyond what we had in mind on arrival.
The staff was professional, courteous, and understanding.
Although the reason for going there is a sad one, yet the environment is bright and uplifting.

Just wanted to thank these guys for taking a great care of my dad's funeral. Me and my mom have zero experience with dealing with these kind of situations. They took care of absolutely everything. They gave lots of good suggestions and advises, and were very professional. I had a couple of break downs, and they have handled it very well. Professional and compassionate service. Thanks to Stephen (manager) and the rest of the stuff for being there for us.
