I have been going to J. Max mechanical exclusively for over 25 years. When I purchased a new Civic in 2006, I skipped the dealership's mechanical section and stayed with J. Max. I'm a woman and all the staff are respectful. They don't talk down to me or over my head. Dale and his crew came out to our place a few times in Warren to give a quote and answer all our questions about putting in a furnace, air conditioner and ductwork.
