Always courteous, always willing to closely listen and add remarks that fit the situation, and even told me there was no problems with my car when I went there for a tuneup. Just adjusted one little thing and sent me on my way. I cannot speak for the sales team years ago, when my son and I wanted to buy a new 2018 Escape and was on the car lot and nobody paid us any attention for over 30 minutes. So we went to Key West Ford and bought a new Escape days later. However, the service department at Westcoast is unmatched with high quality reliable staff and we've gone there for years.
