Working with Randall Friedman over the past months has changed my life. Through deep tissue massage pain and tension has been released in my back, shoulders and neck. I now move easily and am able to exercise and enjoy life to the fullest. With added EFT treatments I no longer have negative food cravings and have lost over 40 pounds of weight, and let go of many limiting beliefs that were indeed holding me back from the life I was meant to live. Erickson International has an elite coaching program. Their coaching curriculum is interactive and meets ICF standards. The facilitators are experienced, excellent and care about their student's success. There is a great deal of diversity in the classroom so you meet coaches from all over the world! I would recommend their programs to anyone who wants to develop and has the goal to help others.

We took both of our daughters (3.5 and 1) to get their eyes checked with Dr. Clement Chan, and he did very well to make the eye exam quick and fun for them. My elder daughter had told him about her favourite Disney princess, and Clement prepared a special video of that princess for her to watch during one part of her eye exam. We appreciated Clement's thoroughness and friendliness, and will definitely be back.
As a bonus, his office is newly renovated and right besides Menchie's.

I went to Hollys today. Recently had my hair highlighted at a different salon. My whole head looked canary yellow. Not what I wanted. Came to see Paige and she put proper highlights in and it looks perfect. She treated my damaged yellow hair with care and gave me a great cut. The staffs friendly and professional. The price is reasonable for the north shore. Paige is lovely and easy to talk to. Definitely coming here again.
