TOTAL SATISFACTION! My wife and I were in the market for a smaller second car to replace her 2004 Vibe and we started our search on the net, reviewing, pricing and searching the market. We gathered a few brochures, including a couple from the Milton Kia dealership. This is when we met Juan Carlos and his manager Victor and our first impressions were very positive. These gentlemen were respectful, attentive and genuinely helpful. No pressure, just a smile and a desire to be helpful. In the end, we purchased a Kia Soul at a very good price. I had done my homework and JC and Victor met my price without hesitation. I was impressed, not only with their approach, but with the car I purchased, the 5 year warranty, the 5 year road assistance plan, the free oil changes from Milton Kia for 5 years, the 0% financing and no payments for three months. Additionally, Juan Carlos presented us with a TomTom GPS, a gift from Milton Kia. The whole experience was stress free, unlike some of my earlier purchases. Thanks again JC, Victor and Jean. I look forward to an equally positive relationship with the service staff over the next few years. I have received exceptional service over the past 20+ years. Orlex has been in the business for a very long time, he's knowledgeable and can pin point an issue right away. The best part is that despite his vast experience and large clientele, he always takes time to check what is needed, unlike other places where you are charged extra for services that are not needed. I always trust that I will be charge fairly and he looks for a similar and less expensive car replacement, when possible.

After my wife’s fall and fracture, I went into this marvellous store stressed out about what equipment I needed and where to find it at a reasonable price. They had everything, in stock, for purchase or rent, including things I had not yet discovered I needed. Rollators, commodes, wheel-chairs, grab-bars... in various sizes and prices.
And they understood my situation! I found I could breathe again!

We had bodywork done on our car a few months ago. Unfortunately, something rubbed against the car and put a nasty mark on one of the newly painted car doors.
