I have received exceptional service over the past 20+ years. Orlex has been in the business for a very long time, he's knowledgeable and can pin point an issue right away. The best part is that despite his vast experience and large clientele, he always takes time to check what is needed, unlike other places where you are charged extra for services that are not needed. After my wife’s fall and fracture, I went into this marvellous store stressed out about what equipment I needed and where to find it at a reasonable price.
