I have received exceptional service over the past 20+ years. Orlex has been in the business for a very long time, he's knowledgeable and can pin point an issue right away. The best part is that despite his vast experience and large clientele, he always takes time to check what is needed, unlike other places where you are charged extra for services that are not needed. After my wife’s fall and fracture, I went into this marvellous store stressed out about what equipment I needed and where to find it at a reasonable price. They had everything, in stock, for purchase or rent, including things I had not yet discovered I needed. Rollators, commodes, wheel-chairs, grab-bars... in various sizes and prices.
And they understood my situation! I found I could breathe again!

If your looking for a place that’s gonna offer you a free Nespresso & cookies in a waiting room that looks like it’s been outfitted for the Queen then move on. If you want straight, to the point, no nonsense service with a few laughs then go see Salim. We have purchased 10 cars and counting over the yrs and have never had an issue Salim takes care of us.
