Dream Team! Tom and his Paralegal were nothing but good to me. Showed me compassion and support when I was in need with nowhere to turn. Honest about the consequences of my actions and worked quickly to have everything resolved as quickly as possible. As first time RVers we were not sure what we could tow behind our 2016 Dodge Caravan. Being young seniors we were so impressed with the R-Pod 190 we bought it on the spot.The sales service was fantastic and had us ready to roll by July 2018.They blinged out our Van with a trailer hitch and power brakes for trailer and electrical hookup.They made sure we understood everything before we left their yard. We went camping every weekend until October. We are so happy to deal with MsPhils..
