As a follow-up to my previous post, I was able to get in contact with a representative of Andrew Agencies in early 2017. We were able to come to a reasonable settlement and the matter is now resolved. Furthermore, from my understanding the broker that misled me at Andrew Agencies was let go, and a complaint against him was successful with the Insurance Council of Manitoba. In conclusion, I wish Andrew Agencies the best and am appreciative of the steps they have taken to rectify the situation.

Change over in staff within the last year or two and it makes a world of difference to go in and speak to someone who is knowledgeable and appreciates your business! Winnipeg Beach location is by far the friendliest and has been most helpful for our home insurance, MPI and all our toy insurance.
