I started the weight loss program on April 17th 2015. Since then, I have lost 37 LBS (pounds) and am well on my way to achieving my target. I cannot speak for the sales team years ago, when my son and I wanted to buy a new 2018 Escape and was on the car lot and nobody paid us any attention for over 30 minutes. Well I thought that the old school folks were all gone but I met one at samco electric, very reasonable plus he knows his stuff. I thought mine was a 90 but it was a 130 da on my part, he does go the extra mile there is more to this story.

I try the bun Bo hue at every pho spot I find. I am usually disappointed by the flavour of the broth as almost all places do it differently. this is some of the best I've had in the lower mainland so far. the soup was loaded with a generous portion of proteins and veggies as well. this will definitely be my regular spot in this neighborhood
